Integral educators platform was created from a  recognised need to bring educators together to share, learn and grow in community. After 15 years of work with schools and educators Internationally, in India and with Auroville, all voice the same gap. A new educational practice can not emerge and become visible, unless it comes from a movement of integral practitioners . As an evolutionary - and revolutionary - individual and collective process it requires active work and collaborations to become a lived practice.  

Very few individuals on this planet have embodied an integral mindset, which makes “drawing outside the lines’  impossible, as schools and teachers stay within their comfort zones and habits, operating within the framework of present-day norms and expectations of society.

More than anything, this movement needs aspiring practitioners to come together and become agents of change. Integral educators are individuals who truly have begun their active and conscious journey of expansion to touch upon integral capacities within themselves, and to identify what sets integral education apart from what we know as mainstream and alternative education practice. Only such individuals will become able to offer the learning environments and opportunities that will reflect integral values to become the lived experience of young people through their education.

Everything has a time, and the time for integral educators is NOW. The world is crying out for a change in human nature itself, and in so many parts of the world we can observe growing conflict, division and injustice. Alongside this, AI (artificial intelligence) is being created at a fast pace, learning from what humanity is putting into it. Education is the tool we have to raise young people to become wiser, wider, more peaceful, compassionate and caring. To educate the human potential to bring integral values to the forefront is an urgent need to transform humanity’s way of living and being on earth.
